We are a construction company specializing in building lofts in Brooklyn. We are not real estate brokers so there is no fee for any of the lofts listed here.

The buildings we renovate are all historic Brooklyn buildings which fell into disuse and disrepair.

Light is our #1 concern when designing a live/work loft space, and all our lofts are built with the artist in mind.
